The firm BWS Liberec spol. s r.o. has existed since 1992, whilst production began in May 1993. The products are manufactured using a production line supplied by the firm Schüring (Germany); machines for aluminium processing were purchased in the year 2000 from the firm PJ Complex, Liberec (the representatives of URBAN and HAFFNER, Germany). The manufacturing equipment is situated in the production hall of the main manufacturing plant. On average, the company has 25 to 30 employees and the firm's yearly turnover is around 40 million CZK. The installed capacity of the production line is 40 to 50 window units per shift.

Program:

The computer-processing of a quotation (including graphic design) based on the documents submitted within a period of approx. 3 days is free of charge. We offer the supply and installation of interior and exterior window sills and internal horizontal louvers. We also manufacture versatile frame window fly nets and light-protective interior miniature roll-blinds. We provide discounts on quantity or even winter discounts! We offer attractive consumer credit in collaboration with ČS a.s. Under certain conditions, we are also able to offer instalments with zero increase (leasing) to legal entities and cooperative housing societies.

Characteristics of products:

The plastic profiles of the firm KBE (Germany] are used for plastic product manufacture, whilst window fittings are supplied by the firm Winkhaus (Austria) and door fittings are made by SCHURING (Germany). The duplex thermal glass is supplied by the firm AGC Liberec s.r.o. We use the YAWAL system (Poland) for the manufacture of aluminium fill for construction openings. The TS Aluminium system (Germany) is used for the manufacture of winter gardens.
Winter gardens are mainly formed with a combination of load bearing components and a roof, which are made of aluminium, and fills for vertical walls made of PVC.

Al components have the required test certificates and certificates that are valid within the Czech Republic and the European Union. The suppliers mentioned above hold quality control certificates in line with ISO 9001:2000.

We only manufacture products to order as based on the customer's requirements.
